We offer Pay As You Go and Monthly packages with options of 40, 80, and 160 hours. Pay As You Go packages give you the flexibility to use the hours within two months, while Monthly packages allot a set number of hours for consistent monthly tasks.
06. What is a Legacy Client and how does the pricing work for them?
A Legacy Client is someone who partners with us before November 1, 2023. They secure our current rates of $10/USD per hour for any package, even after our rates increase post-November 1, 2023.

Our operating hours are from 10 AM to 6 PM EST (Toronto Time). You can contact your dedicated account manager through email, call, or our client portal. We also have a support ticket system within the client portal for convenience.
